Note: Candidates will not advance to the next round if they do not receive 35% of the possible points in each topic and 50% of the possible points in the written test. UP SI Physical Standard Test (PST)
One of the most important components of the Uttar Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector (UP SI) selection process is the Physical Standard Test (PST). This exam verifies that applicants are physically capable of carrying out police officer duties

UP SI Physical Measurement Test(PMT)
The Physical Measurement Test (PMT) assesses the endurance levels of candidates applying for the UP SI recruitment. Male candidates are required to complete a distance of 4.8 km within 28 minutes, whereas female candidates must run 2.4 km in 16 minutes. Successfully passing the PMT is essential to progress to subsequent stages, including the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and document verification.
